When we did our Version 5 re-write (totally new system, from the ground up), there were a few kinks to work out. We got candid yet positive feedback like this:
"Just a quick update on V5. We are now getting used to it and I am starting to enjoy it. Thank you for discouraging me from sending it back. By the way, the change you made in the cash posting screen was invaluable. I believe that with the look-up screen it is actually quicker than the old version to post. I got to go, just wanted to admit when I was wrong."

We DID work out those kinks, and this is a typical response from folks who updated to Version 6:
"I wish I had known it would be this easy in the beginning. I would have pushed for it a long time ago. I am very impressed and you guys are great, thanks."
